Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required. If you have purchased the SIM/CID/Sec unlocker, please open your ticket in that dept, DO NOT open a ticket in any other dept, similarly, if you have NOT purchased an unlocker, DO NOT open a ticket in this dept or it will be deleted.
